As a Night Warehouse Supervisor, you will help lead overnight warehouse operations by guiding associates, supporting workflow execution, and ensuring the shift runs safely, accurately, and on schedule. This role has a direct impact on team performance, inventory integrity, and the overall reliability of warehouse and distribution activity, while serving as an important link between frontline operations and warehouse management.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse associates during assigned shifts.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback while ensuring adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
  • Monitor receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and FIFO stock rotation, and resolve operational issues while escalating complex problems to warehouse management.
  • Enforce OSHA and food safety standards, conduct safety checks, and participate in audits.
  • Track team productivity and accuracy KPIs and communicate shift performance and operational issues to management.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year in a warehouse supervisory role.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control practices.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Able to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Available to work Sunday night through Thursday night and remain on shift until night work is completed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in foodservice warehouse operations.
  • Associate degree.
  • Experience using RF scanners.
  • Annual salary: 75,000-80,000 USD/year
