&lt;p&gt;Roofing experience? Not required.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We care more about whether you can talk to people, take coaching, handle rejection and keep showing up.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pest control, hospitality, telecom, car sales, home services — all great backgrounds.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Former athlete? Even better.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You’ll learn how to knock doors, build relationships, generate your own business and turn activity into income.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We’ll give you the training, field support and operations behind you.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Perform well, and there’s a clear path to bigger earning opportunities and higher-tier comp.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You bring the work ethic. We’ll teach you the rest.&lt;/p&gt;
