About the role
Purpose of the Role
Executes a customer strategy that drives sustainable growth, ensures we deliver on our financial targets, and continuously working on identifying future opportunities, aligning cross-functional resources, and creating shared value for both the customer and the business.
You will be responsible for
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving collaboration and win-win outcomes.
- Develop and execute customer-focused commercial plans based on market, customer, and competitor insights.
- Lead customer negotiations and identify new growth opportunities.
- Monitor and analyse sales promotions and competitor activities to maximize business performance.
- Manage trade investment effectively to deliver strong ROI and customer value.
- Use market data (e.g. Nielsen, GfK) to develop customer propositions and support decision-making.
- Oversee forecasting, order management, SKU administration, and trade spend processes with high attention to detail.
About You
- University degree (or equivalent), ideally in business administration/economics.
- +5 years’ strong experience in sales and negotiation, preferably in an FMCG environment and with German retailers
- Multi level negotiation (regional, national, international for NKAM)
- Positive energy, solution oriented, self-confident in own area, strong team player, committed to own development, pro-active, structured way of working, strong analytical skills
- Fluent in German and English required
