About the Role
Lead the end-to-end delivery and implementation of innovative business and technology use cases, partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, and/or vendors to translate ideas and PoCs into scalable production solutions.
Drive execution across the full project lifecycle, including business case development, governance approvals, delivery management, risk mitigation, and value realization, ensuring transformation initiatives achieve targeted business outcomes and strategic KPIs.
- Provide end-to-end ‘hands-on’ technology project and delivery management of both small and large-scale projects
- Work for project sponsors and key stakeholders to prepare the business case for approval from EXCO SPSC
- Work with Senior Program Manager to prepare the top management program updates and present in SteerCo
- Prepare various project reporting to Group and local HK PMO
- Coordinate vendor sourcing process include but not limited to RFP preparation, SoW preparation, review & sign-off, etc.
- Manage obtaining approvals for governance and processes such as Design Authority, AI Council and CAB etc. from technology point of view.
- Lead vendor management, offshore delivery team management and coordinate with internal IT functional departments
- Deliver operational excellence; with the ability to anticipate potential issues and dependencies, highlight project risks
- Manage to change business and technical requirements by effectively suggesting solutions or contingency plans at the appropriate stage of projects
- Be analytical with great attention to detail; ensuring consistent improvement in the quality of our output
- Provide key stakeholders management support on all digital new business activity
