ABOUT YOU
As a Senior Learning & Talent Development Specialist, you are a collaborative and innovative talent development professional who thrives on helping employees, leaders, and teams reach their full potential. You combine strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen with a passion for continuous learning, leveraging data, technology, and emerging tools to enhance the employee experience, strengthen workforce capability, and drive organizational growth and engagement across a diverse and evolving organization.

What you will do:

  • Creates and delivers impactful learning and development experiences that build employee, manager, and leadership capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and organizational excellence.
  • Partners across the organization to strengthen career development, workforce planning, and succession readiness by aligning talent development strategies with current business priorities and future workforce needs.
  • Enhances the employee experience through innovative onboarding, engagement, and development initiatives that promote belonging, accelerate integration, support career growth, and improve retention across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Leverages learning technologies, analytics, and emerging AI-enabled solutions to drive data-informed decision-making, measure workforce development outcomes, improve learning effectiveness, and advance organizational performance and capability.

What you offer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a closely related field.
  • 8-15 years of experience leading learning and development, talent management, and workforce development initiatives, including experience with learning management systems, e-learning platforms, job architecture frameworks, and virtual learning technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships, influence stakeholders, and effectively communicate across all levels of an organization while facilitating learning, development, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and continuous improvement capabilities, with experience leveraging data, technology, and emerging tools to drive talent, learning, and workforce development outcomes.

The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $126,000 annually and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, training, specialized skills, and overall qualifications.
