- Experience Range: With at least 15 years of experience in delivery management, program management, and enterprise mobility solutions, including leadership of large-scale enterprise programs Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise programs, achieving targeted outcomes and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives 2. Develop and execute business cases, project plans, and revenue forecasts to maximize profitability and strategic growth 3. Oversee creation and management of Statements of Work (SOW), scope tracking, and change control to deliver projects within defined parameters 4. Manage program P&L, optimizing resource allocation and financial performance across multiple initiatives 5. Apply advanced project analytics to monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve escalations with measurable impact 6. Champion design thinking methodologies to enhance solution quality and drive user-centric innovation 7. Guide cross-functional technical teams, promoting a high-performance culture and facilitating professional development 8. Engage stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution, timely delivery, and achievement of key performance indicators Required Skills: 1. Revenue forecasting for large enterprise programs 2. Enterprise mobility platforms and solutions 3. SOW creation and scope tracking 4. P&L management and financial analysis 5. Program management methodologies and tools 6. Business case development for technology initiatives 7. Project analytics and performance tracking 8. Escalation management and risk mitigation 9. Design thinking application in delivery management Preferred Skills: 1. Agile and Lean delivery frameworks 2. Enterprise mobility security and compliance standards 3. Digital transformation and cloud migration 4. Data-driven decision making and predictive analytics 5. Emerging enterprise mobility technologies 6. Global delivery team management Desired Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline 2. Certification in Program Management such as PgMP or PMP 3. Certification in Enterprise Mobility or Delivery Management such as ITIL or Six Sigma Additional Information: Immediate joiner required
