Position Overview:
The Product Marketing Manager serves as the subject matter expert and primary advocate for CCM’s mortgage products, translating complex product information into clear, compelling, and actionable messaging for loan officers, borrowers, and referral partners. This role develops and executes product marketing, education, and sales enablement strategies through digital, social, video, and live presentation channels. As a visible on-camera spokesperson, the Product Marketing Manager creates engaging content, supports product launches, promotes product adoption, and equips loan officers with compliant tools and resources that drive customer engagement, business growth, and market differentiation.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear positioning, messaging and value propositions for CCM mortgage products, programs and product enhancements.
  • Translate complex product guidelines, requirements and technical information into simple, practical language for loan officers, borrowers, and referral partners.
  • Explain how a product works, identify the optimal customer and the borrower needs it solves, and how it can help a loan officer grow their business.
  • Serve as a consistent on-camera product expert for short-form videos, social media content, webinars, product launches, interviews, livestreams, training programs and internal communications.
  • Build a recognizable and trusted on-camera presence that makes mortgage education clear, credible, engaging and approachable.
  • Partner with Product, Training, Compliance and Marketing to develop accurate and compelling product communications.
  • Develop, script and deliver product-focused video content for internal and external digital channels.
  • Collaborate with social media, digital, creative and video teams to create platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other emerging channels.
  • Translate longer product education into concise, engaging digital content, including short-form videos, social posts, talking points, FAQs, graphics and campaign concepts.
  • Identify timely opportunities to connect CCM products with market conditions, borrower needs, industry trends and relevant social conversations.
  • Create integrated product launch plans that include digital, social, video, email, training and sales enablement components.
  • Develop supporting materials, including presentations, product guides, talking points, FAQs, email communications, video scripts, social copy, and sales tools.
  • Develop borrower-focused stories and scenarios that demonstrate how products can be used in real-world situations.
  • Equip loan officers with clear, compliant and shareable content they can confidently use across their own digital and social channels.
  • Lead or participate in live product presentations, webinars, sales meetings, social broadcasts and training sessions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of CCM’s product portfolio, competitive landscape, digital trends and evolving borrower needs.
  • Gather feedback from loan officers and sales leaders to identify knowledge gaps, messaging opportunities and areas where additional product education is needed.
  • Use engagement data, content performance, product adoption and field feedback to evaluate and improve product marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all-digital, social and product marketing content is accurate, current, brand-aligned and compliant with applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, mortgage lending, financial services, digital marketing, social media, sales enablement, product training or a related field.
  • Experience presenting scripted and unscripted content for digital, social, webinar or live audiences.
  • Experience creating or contributing to short-form video, social media and digital content.
  • Experience developing product positioning, launch communications, training materials or sales enablement content.
  • Direct experience working with loan officers, mortgage sales teams or mortgage product teams, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of conventional, government, jumbo, non-QM, down payment assistance or specialty lending products, preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of mortgage products, lending terminology and the home financing process.
  • Skill in simplifying technical or complex information without losing accuracy.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Dynamic, confident, and engaging on-camera presentation skills to effectively communicate and deliver virtual training, product demonstrations, and business presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Skill in communicating with energy, clarity and credibility across a variety of platforms and audiences.
  • Knowledge of how to tailor content and messaging for different digital channels and social media platforms to maximize audience engagement and effectiveness.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience working with sales, product, operations, compliance, creative and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to respond quickly to market developments and create relevant content in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
