- Challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to accelerate growth and improve performance.
- Lead robust performance management through reporting, KPI tracking, forecasting, and business reviews.
- Influence strategic decisions through a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor activity, and industry trends.
Driving Business Growth
- Partner with the commercial organization to identify opportunities to expand market share and accelerate growth.
- Management of cost & margin, including pricing, product mix optimization, COGS analysis, standard costing, SKU rationalization, and cross-border trade performance.

- Support pricing strategies, tender processes, wholesaler negotiations, and rebate agreements.
- Deliver insightful analysis across sales, marketing, customer performance, and return on investment.
- Act as a catalyst across functions, connecting stakeholders and driving execution.
- Leverage market and competitor insights to support business decisions, while utilizing SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, and AI-enabled forecasting tools to drive financial planning, performance analysis, and decision-making.

You'll support a diverse portfolio covering Czech Republic, Slovakia and Eastern European export markets.
You will be responsible for managing distributor performance in those markets, terms, credit exposure and route to market strategies.
