We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Greece. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys partnering closely with leaders and employees, combining operational HR ownership with strategic business partnering, workforce planning, people analytics, and HR transformation initiatives.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Partner with business leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage and support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and development through performance management, mobility and offboarding.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance, talent and workforce planning matters.
  • Leverage workforce data, analytics and AI tools to improve decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Legal teams to deliver practical business-focused solutions.
  • Drive HR governance, compliance and process improvement initiatives while ensuring alignment with Greek labor legislation.
  • Support organizational change, HR transformation and continuous improvement projects.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of HR experience with strong HR Business Partnering and employee lifecycle expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of Greek labor law and HR governance practices.
  • Experience managing employee relations, performance management and organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate HR data into actionable business insights.
  • Comfortable utilizing AI and digital tools to enhance HR productivity and service delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and coaching skills.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written.
