How You'll Make an Impact
- Monitor fraud alerts and take immediate action to protect customers, merchants, and the business from fraudulent activity.
- Analyze transaction behavior, historical trends, and data from multiple sources to identify suspicious patterns and emerging threats.
- Support merchants by providing guidance on card acceptance procedures and fraud prevention best practices.
- Identify false positive alerts and recommend improvements to fraud monitoring performance.
- Contribute to the design and optimization of fraud detection rules through data-driven insights and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support effective fraud prevention and risk management initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Understanding of the Cards Payments Industry, Merchant Acquiring, POS, or eCommerce payments will be considered an advantage.
- Ability and willingness to work in shifts.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
