Job Description:
This outpatient opportunity offers extensive onboarding, graduated patient volumes, dedicated administrative time, and support as you expand your expertise in managing complex rheumatologic and musculoskeletal conditions.

What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient care for patients with rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune diseases, osteoporosis, gout, and other musculoskeletal conditions
- Manage an average of 16 to 18 patients per day
- Collaborate with an experienced team of clinicians who meet regularly to discuss complex cases
- Develop additional specialty expertise through extensive onboarding, training, and graduated patient volumes
- Expand your procedural skills, including the potential to learn joint injections
- Document and coordinate care through a systemwide electronic medical record

- Certification and experience as a:
- Nurse Practitioner
- Physician Assistant
- Pharmacist Clinician
- Eligibility for applicable professional licensure in New Mexico
- An interest in expanding your knowledge of rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune diseases, osteoporosis, gout, and other musculoskeletal conditions
- A collaborative approach to patient care, professional development, and team-based decision-making

Additional Job Description:
The minimum requirements are as follows:
For Nurse Practitioner - Masters degree in Nursing, New Mexico Nurse Practitioner license, federal and state DEA license and ANCC or AANP certification required.
For Physician Assistant - Baccalaureate prepared CAHEA Certified Physician Assistant or two (2) years working experience as a Certified Physician Assistant, and licensed by the New Mexico Board of Medical Examiners required.
