Summary:
Wir suchen für unseren Bereich Manufacturing am Standort Leverkusen ab sofort eine/n qualifizierte/n und engagierte/n Manufacturing Support (m/w/d) befristet für ein Jahr.
In dieser Rolle unterstützt Du funktionsübergreifend administrativ den Bereich Manufacturing (Produktionsbetriebe, Maintenance, Engineering, OpEx, Energy&Waste, Supply Chain) in Leverkusen.
Responsibilities Include:
Deine Aufgaben sind unter anderem:

• Erstellung und Vorbereitung von Produktionsplänen und -berichten
• Kontrolle und Auswertung von Produktionsdaten über SAP
• Führung von Statistiken und Erstellung von Reports für die Werksleitung
• Management von Veränderungsprozessen im Bereich Manufacturing
• Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Besuchen, Audits und Meetings
• Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Produktionsprozesse
• Schriftverkehr mit internen und externen Stakeholdern in Deutsch und Englisch
• Organisation und Koordination von Geschäftsreisen inklusive Reisekostenabrechnung

Du bist erfolgreich in der Position, wenn du nachfolgende Qualifikationen erfüllst:

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit funktionsbezogener Weiterbildung und/oder langjährige, relevante Berufserfahrung, Fachkenntnisse sowie Spezialwissen
• Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Bearbeitung kaufmännischer Aufgaben
• Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch
