About The Role
As a Head of Growth and Wealth Product at TAL, you’ll shape the strategic direction of our Mastertrust offering and contribute to the broader success of our Group Life business. Bringing together commercial insight, product strategy and strong partnerships, you’ll help ensure our propositions continue to evolve with the needs of our partners and their members. This is an opportunity to lead with impact, influence strategic outcomes and contribute to sustainable growth across one of TAL’s key areas of business.
In This Role You Will
- Lead the Mastertrust Product strategy in line with TAL’s commercial and operational plans.
- Shape TAL’s Group Life and Partner Strategy in collaboration with respective Heads of Accounts.
- Build trusted and transparent product and commercial relationships with strategic partners.
- Deliver market leading product and pricing solutions in response to key industry themes.
- Drive member insight led continuous improvement across member centric products and propositions.
- Benchmark products to maintain the right balance of competitiveness and value for members and TAL.
- Manage strategic partner risk and governance to support strong and sustainable partner outcomes.
- Lead a high performing Wealth Product team and contribute to the wider TAL Product Community.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Group Life market
- 10+ years’ experience in Product roles within Life Insurance or Superannuation
- Proven senior level product and business management experience within Life Insurance
- Proven experience leading and managing teams to successful delivery
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial judgement
- High level relationship development and stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong focus on positive client and TAL outcomes
