Job Description
This is an entry-level position within the Accounting - Data Management Team, responsible for performing routine accounting data validations accurately and efficiently. The Associate works under close supervision, supporting the team by handling day-to-day transactional requests and assisting with process documentation and compliance adherence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately complete accounting data validation tasks in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Assist in the resolution of queries raised by internal and external customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of transactions and process steps for audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with trainers, consultants, and regional leadership to build process expertise.
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing process learning.

Skills and Abilities

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including professional email writing.
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

Experience

  • 0-2 years experience

Requirement

  • Flexible with 24*7 shifts
  • Hybrid WFO

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This job does not have supervisory duties.
