Ihre Rolle
Als Key Account Manager (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für strategische Kundenbeziehungen innerhalb Ihres Gebiets. Sie entwickeln nachhaltige Account-Strategien, identifizieren Chancen zur Verbesserung der Patientenversorgung und arbeiten eng mit internen und externen Partnern zusammen.
Sie verstehen die Bedürfnisse Ihrer Kunden und entwickeln gemeinsam mit internen Fachbereichen Lösungen mit messbarem Mehrwert.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Account-Pläne.
- Aufbau langfristiger und vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu relevanten Stakeholdern im Gesundheitswesen.
- Analyse von Kunden-, Markt- und Versorgungsbedarfen zur Identifikation von Chancen und Potenzialen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing und Vertrieb.
- Umsetzung kundenorientierter Projekte zur Verbesserung des Patientenzugangs und der Versorgungsqualität.
- Nutzung digitaler und hybrider Kommunikations- und Interaktionskanäle.
- Verantwortung für eine strukturierte und datenbasierte Gebietsplanung.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Compliance- und Qualitätsstandards.

Idealerweise verfügen Sie über
- Erfahrung im Key Account Management, Vertrieb, Market Access, Customer Partnership Management oder vergleichbaren Funktionen.
- Erfahrung in der Pharmaindustrie, Biotechnologie, Medizintechnik, im Gesundheitswesen oder in einer vergleichbaren Branche.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Gebiets.
Zusätzlich von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Bereich Atemwege, Specialty Care, Immunologie oder Impfstoffe.
- Kenntnisse des deutschen Gesundheitssystems und/oder Market Access.
- Erfahrung mit Krankenhäusern, Versorgungsnetzwerken oder strategischen Accounts.
- Erfahrung mit Omnichannel Engagement oder digitalen Kundenlösungen.
- Projektmanagement- oder strategische Planungserfahrung.

We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Key Account Manager to join our General Respiratory team in South Bavaria. In this role, you will work closely with healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations, and internal cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes and create sustainable value for customers and the healthcare system.
The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to key customers and stakeholders across your territory. You will develop strategic account plans, identify opportunities to improve patient care, and collaborate across functions to deliver meaningful solutions.
Success in this role requires curiosity, business acumen, relationship-building skills, and a commitment to understanding customer and patient needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with customer and business priorities.
- Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Identify patient, customer, and healthcare system needs and translate insights into meaningful actions.
- Work closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and Commercial colleagues to deliver coordinated customer solutions.
- Analyze customer and market insights to identify opportunities and inform account strategy.
- Lead account-specific projects and initiatives that support improved patient access and customer outcomes.
- Utilize digital and omnichannel engagement approaches to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with compliance and ethical standards.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Market Access, Customer Partnerships, Healthcare Management, or related commercial roles.
- Experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare consulting, or related industries.
- Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams and functions.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
Additional Experience That May Be Beneficial

Germany Salary Range / Gehaltsbandbreiten Deutschland: EUR 59,175 to EUR 98,625For positions covered by collective bargaining, employment conditions and remuneration are determined by the applicable collective agreements for the chemical industry as well as internal policies.
