We are looking for a passionate HR Controller to join our HR Planning & Control team located in Marghera (VE). The role requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of both finance and HR dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Cost Control & Monthly Closings: Monitor and analyze HR-related expenses and workforce trends (FTE and Headcount evolution). Ensure the accurate and timely preparation, submission, and reconciliation of People Cost packages during monthly closings, collaborating directly with HR and Finance teams to address variances.
  • Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Optimization: Support the end-to-end annual HR budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for all HR and people-related costs, ensuring continuous alignment with strategic business objectives and operational workforce planning.
  • Workforce Analytics & Business Cases: Conduct in-depth ad-hoc analyses and build data-driven financial models/business cases to evaluate HR initiatives and organizational changes. Work closely with HR Business Partners, Financial Controllers, and key business stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment across the Company.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Corporate Controlling.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, financial modeling, pivot tables).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

For this role, the estimated gross annual salary range is € 30,000 [Min] - € 35,000 [Max], under the CCNL Abbigliamento, Confezioni – Industria/SMI, Level 5. We value your unique journey; your final compensation will be evaluated based on your skills, experience, and potential to grow with us.
