The Product Manager, Business System role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations, translating complex business processes into well-designed systems and features. The ideal candidate brings a strong product mindset, technical fluency, and the ability to go deep into operational domains such as purchasing, inventory, and order management.<br>Key Responsibilities</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Key Qualifications/Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the product vision and roadmap for Business Systems supporting order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory and fulfillment workflows</li>
<li>Align initiatives to revenue growth, inventory efficiency, and operational scalability</li>
<li>Drive a platform mindset across ERP and integrated systems, reducing fragmentation and manual work</li>
<li>Balance immediate operational needs with long-term system architecture and scalability</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Business Systems Ownership (O2C, P2P & Inventory)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own and evolve systems supporting:
<ul>
<li>Order-to-Cash (O2C): order management, fulfillment, invoicing </li>
<li>Procure-to-Pay (P2P): purchasing, vendor management, inbound inventory</li>
<li>Inventory Management: visibility, allocation, transfers, and reconciliation</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Partner with Production and Operations and Order Fulfillment teams to improve purchasing workflows, demand planning inputs, inventory accuracy, allocation, fulfillment execution, and exception management across the order lifecycle.</li>
<li>Ensure systems support multi-channel complexity across wholesale, franchise, retail and DTC, with a focus on inventory and fulfillment operations</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Order Fulfillment & Channel Enablement</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with Operations, Order Fulfillment, Wholesale, Retail, and Franchise teams to streamline end-to-end operational workflows.</li>
<li>Lead feature development across:
<ul>
<li>B2B order management and lifecycle events</li>
<li>Inventory allocation, availability, and disposition across channels</li>
<li>Fulfillment, shipping, and returns workflows</li>
<li>Pricing, invoicing, and financial reconciliation</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Support franchise-specific requirements including regional operations, pricing structures, and reporting needs</li>
<li>Ensure consistency and scalability of systems across all sales channels</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>KPI Ownership & Operational Performance</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own system-level performance metrics across business systems</li>
<li>Drive measurable improvements in:
<ul>
<li>Order cycle time and fulfillment speed</li>
<li>Inventory accuracy and turnover</li>
<li>Purchasing efficiency and vendor performance</li>
<li>Invoice accuracy and revenue realization</li>
<li>Exception handling and manual intervention rates</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Leverage data and user insights to continuously optimize system performance and workflows</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Systems & Integrations</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own product direction for NetSuite ERP across B2B, DTC, purchasing, and inventory modules</li>
<li>Drive data integrity and ensure seamless flow across ERP, 3PLs, EDI, and downstream systems</li>
<li>Deliver automation and scalable solutions across integrations and system touchpoints</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Execution & Cross-Functional Delivery</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</li>
<li>Manage UAT, release planning, change management, and business readiness.</li>
<li>Serve as the intermediary between Engineering and business stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable, well-designed system solutions.</li>
<li>Maintain and communicate roadmaps, priorities, product requirements, technical designs, SOPs, and delivered outcomes across technical and non-technical teams.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years if Product Management experience supporting enterprise business systems, ERP, supply chain, or operational technology.</li>
<li>Strong functional understanding of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory management, and order fulfillment workflows.</li>
<li>Hands-on Netsuite experience across order management, purchasing, inventory, fulfillment, and related business processes.</li>
<li>Experience owning products and workflows across integrated enterprise systems, including ERP, EDI, WMS/3PL, and downstream platforms.</li>
<li>Ability to gather complex business requirements and translate them into scalable product and system designs.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to evaluate upstream and downstream process, data, and system impacts when designing solutions.</li>
<li>Proven track record of delivering systems enhancements that improve operational performance, data integrity, and business scalability.</li>
<li>Functional experience with iPaaS including the ability to understand, troubleshoot, and support integration flows, mappings, transformations, and data movement.  (Celigo preferred)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Background in apparel, retail, or consumer goods</li>
<li>Experience working with WMS, EDI, and supply chain integrations</li>
<li>Experience in multi-channel and global operations environments</li>
<li>Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills</li>
<li>Netsuite SuiteFoundation Certification or higher<br><br></li>
</ul>
