About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home and clinic settings. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will help implement individualized treatment plans designed to build communication, social, daily living, and other meaningful skills.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in autism services, behavioral health, psychology, education, or child development who wants hands-on experience making a difference for children and families.
Not currently RBT certified? We can support qualified candidates through the certification process.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one ABA services to children in home and clinic settings

Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA

Collect and accurately document data during sessions

Help children practice and develop skills through engaging, consistent interactions

Build positive and professional relationships with children, families, and team members

Communicate with your clinical team regarding client progress and needs

Follow professional, ethical, and organizational standards
What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification with company support

Experience working with children or in a related field is preferred, but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a clinical team
Schedule
-

Part-time, approximately 7.5 to 20 hours per week

Monday through Friday

Multiple shift options available between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM
