What You'll Do:
A successful Lead Recruiter in Poland will act as a strategic talent partner to the business, leading full-cycle recruitment with a primary focus on technical roles based in Poland. While the role will sit in Poland and remain closely connected to the local talent market, this person may also support select functional hiring needs in the UK as business priorities require. This role requires strong bilingual communication in Polish and English, market knowledge, sourcing expertise, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across local, regional, and global teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment with a primary focus on technical, specialized, and high-priority roles in Poland, while supporting select functional hiring needs in the UK as required.
- Partner closely with hiring leaders, People & Culture partners, and global Talent Acquisition stakeholders to understand workforce needs and align recruiting strategies to business priorities.
- Develop market-informed sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and build pipelines of technical talent, including passive candidates.
- Recruit across technical skill sets such as software engineering, product, data, technology operations, implementation, security, cloud, infrastructure, or related functions.
- Conduct candidate outreach, screening, assessment, and stakeholder updates in both Polish and English, ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Guide hiring teams through structured interviewing, calibration, candidate assessment, and selection decisions to support consistent and high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Manage complex candidate conversations, including compensation expectations, offer positioning, negotiation, and closing strategies.
- Use ATS, CRM, recruiting analytics, and digital recruiting tools to manage workflows, maintain compliance, and identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency.
- Represent First Advantage in the Polish and broader EMEA talent market by promoting the employer brand and delivering a positive, professional candidate experience.
- Build internal and external talent networks and lead targeted recruiting campaigns, including digital and inclusive outreach strategies, while monitoring campaign effectiveness and recruitment-related spending.
- Monitor requisition health, candidate flow, market trends, and hiring progress to anticipate risks, prioritize work effectively, and recommend practical solutions.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
- Fluency in Polish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders in both languages.
- 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including demonstrated success recruiting for technical or technology-adjacent roles.
- Strong knowledge of the Polish talent market and experience sourcing candidates across Poland and/or broader EMEA markets.
- Proven ability to influence hiring decisions, advise hiring leaders, and translate market insights into practical recruiting strategies.
- Strong sourcing capability, including experience using multiple channels to identify, engage, and convert passive technical talent.
- Proficiency with recruiting technology, including Workday or similar applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, sourcing platforms, and analytics to manage pipelines and support data-informed recruiting decisions.
- Strong judgment, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in fast-moving or ambiguous hiring environments.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strong follow-through, organization, and process discipline.
What You May Need to be Successful:
- Experience recruiting for SaaS, HR technology, data, security, background screening, fintech, or other technology-enabled businesses.
- Experience supporting hiring across multiple countries, regions, or matrixed global teams.
- Demonstrated success with talent mapping or recruiting campaigns for priority technical talent segments.
- Exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, referral strategies, or diversity outreach initiatives.
- Ability to mentor recruiters, share best practices, and support consistent recruiting execution.
- Comfort applying AI-enabled recruiting tools responsibly to improve sourcing, screening, workflow efficiency, or decision support.
