Job Description:
Join Job Duck as a Case Intake Coordinator and play a key role in creating a positive and professional first impression for prospective clients. In this position, you will manage communications, support the intake process, and help ensure new cases are handled efficiently from the start. Your work will contribute directly to a seamless client experience by coordinating information, supporting onboarding activities, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Compensation range: 1,142 USD to 1,220 USD Monthly
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work the outbound follow up lists daily: pending signups chased to completion, lead chase list, and abandoned call returns
- Chase outstanding client documents per procedures, including notarization documents within the documented follow-up window
- Work the quality correction queue or documents team request between calls: data entry updates and lead record corrections identified by the team, executed exactly as specified and marked complete back to the queue.
- Keep Lead Docket current in real time: every contact logged on the lead, statuses and dispositions accurate, notes complete.
- Support early onboarding activities for new cases
- Walk clients through electronic signature completion, staying on the line until signed
- Ensure all records and information are complete and accurately entered into company systems
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- Reliable
- +2 years of inside sales or phone-based selling experience
- Follow-up persistence
- Self-managing remote professional
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Empathy with urgency
- English proficiency: Verbal and written
- Attention to detail
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)
