<p>As a <strong>Laboratory Assistant (gn)</strong>, you support our quality control lab with all preparatory and organizational tasks, making sure samples, materials and workstations are always fully ready for testing. You have a completed vocational training or an interest in lab work, and you'll get an ideal entry point into the lab world of an internationally active food company – with structured onboarding and development opportunities all the way up to Chemical Laboratory Assistant. <h3><strong>Your mission</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>You receive, label and split samples, and prepare them for testing</li>
<li>You prepare lab equipment, consumables and reagents, and keep workstations clean and ready to use</li>
<li>You record and maintain lab-relevant data in LIMS and support the documentation of test procedures</li>
<li>You support the lab team with preparatory tasks and carry out routine work according to SOPs</li>
<li>You comply with hygiene, quality and workplace safety requirements and contribute to 5S and continuous improvement initiatives</li>
<li>You support stock counts as well as the preparation of internal and external audits</li>

<h3>Your experience & skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>You have completed vocational training, ideally in a scientific, food-technology or technical field – career changers with an interest in lab work are just as welcome</li>
<li>You ideally already have some experience in a lab or in food production, though this isn't a requirement</li>
<li>You work carefully, in a structured way, and reliably</li>
<li>You have good German language skills as well as basic PC skills (MS Office); experience with LIMS is a plus</li>
<li>You're a team player, take ownership, and enjoy working in a structured environment</li>
