We’re hiring a&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Pharmacy Refill Technician &lt;/strong&gt;to support the pharmacy team&amp;nbsp; by ensuring accurate, timely filling and delivery of specialty medications. This role includes assisting patients through the refill process, handling both outbound and inbound calls, and helping maintain efficient pharmacy operations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;text-decoration: underline;&quot;&gt;Monday - Friday, Hybrid schedule (potential to be fully remote), must reside in the Atlanta area and have an active Georgia pharmacy technician license.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You’ll Do:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide compassionate, knowledgeable assistance to patients, providers, and staff.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Make outbound refill calls and process requests promptly.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Answer and triage incoming pharmacy calls.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Clarify prescription orders with pharmacists or clinicians.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate medication refills and complete accurate data entry.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with claim adjudication and troubleshoot rejected claims.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;State-registered (Arizona) &lt;strong&gt;Pharmacy Technician&lt;/strong&gt;; CPhT required&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician; High School Diploma or GED&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong communication, organization, and tech skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset&lt;/li&gt;
