About The Role
<p><strong>Sustainable Talent</strong> is partnering with <strong>NVIDIA</strong>, a global leader that has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for over 25 years. We are looking for a <strong>Paid Media Marketing Specialist</strong> to support our client's <strong>Digital Marketing team</strong>. This is a full-time (W-2) <strong>contract</strong> role based in <strong>Santa Clara, CA- hybrid/remote. </strong></p>
<p>We offer competitive pay <strong>$60/hr - $70/hr  </strong>based on factors like experience, education, location, etc. and provide full benefits, PTO, and amazing company culture!</p>
<p>In this role you'll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns that reach a highly technical, developer-focused audience and drive measurable business impact. In this role, you will create media strategies and execute across various media channels for the B2B side of our business, with a particular focus on reaching developer audiences. You will also serve as a thought leader and consultant for partners who execute campaigns on our behalf.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Build campaign proposals that include recommendations, strategies, KPIs, and actionable insights tailored to complex technical products</li>
<li>Translate paid media performance data and complex channel dynamics into clear, compelling narratives for non-marketing stakeholders and senior leadership</li>
<li>Present campaign strategies, results, and recommendations in large team meetings, cross-functional reviews, and executive briefings - confidently and clearly</li>
<li>Develop strong relationships with product and campaign stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to develop successful programs</li>
<li>Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis for campaign launches, with specific expertise in reaching developer personas</li>
<li>Write optimized ads and extensions across all Google ad types (Display, Discovery, Search)</li>
<li>Assist on online activations across the NVIDIA website and virtual events (e.g., webinar programs)</li>
<li>Build and execute strategy for YouTube Keynotes and Live Premieres</li>
<li>Develop and present results decks that surface meaningful insights and clear recommendations for future campaigns</li>
<li>Leverage AI tools - including Claude and Codex - to improve campaign workflows, automate reporting, and accelerate insight generation</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What we need to see</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience building and executing paid media campaigns with demonstrated expertise across the full media mix</li>
<li>Agency experience strongly preferred - you bring the structure, speed, and cross-client perspective of someone who has managed complex programs in an agency environment</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead paid media campaigns across all platforms i.e.<strong> Google, YouTube, LinkedIn,</strong> Reddit, X, Meta and Media Publication work including Digital OOH placements </li>
<li>Experience marketing to developer audiences-  you understand how developers research, evaluate, and engage with technical products, and you know how to reach them effectively</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to communicate complex media problems, channel trade-offs, and performance metrics clearly to non-marketers and leadership - you can make the complicated simple</li>
<li>Comfortable presenting and public speaking in large calls, cross-functional reviews, and senior-level settings</li>
<li>Passionate about driving results through data - you analyze performance, identify opportunities, and translate findings into strategy</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across a range of stakeholders</li>
<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Ways to stand out from the crowd</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, particularly Claude or Codex, and experience using them to improve marketing workflows, analyze data, or accelerate campaign operations</li>
<li>Experience running campaigns for complex, technical, or developer-focused products (e.g., open-source models, APIs, developer platforms, or infrastructure software)</li>
<li>Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, pixel implementation, and paid social metrics dashboards</li>
<li>A passion for metrics and digging into the details to uncover insights others miss</li>
<li>Background managing or consulting on organic social media to drive engagement and brand affinity</li>
<li>Understanding of how paid media fits into the broader digital journey and how touchpoints work together for greater impact.</li>
