About The Role
<p><strong>Sustainable Talent</strong> is partnering with <strong>NVIDIA</strong>, a global leader that has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for over 25 years. We are looking for a <strong>HR Compliance- Identity Verification Reviewer </strong>to support our client's <strong>HR Global Compliance team.</strong></p>
<p>This is a full-time (W-2) <strong>contract</strong> role based in <strong>Santa Clara, CA </strong>with<strong> REMOTE</strong> work options. We offer competitive pay <strong>$40/hr - $50/hr  </strong>based on factors like experience, education, location, etc. and provide full benefits, PTO, and amazing company culture!</p>
<p>In this role, you’ll help verify identity consistency across employee records by comparing photo identification records maintained in different internal systems. We’re looking for detail-oriented professionals who can handle sensitive information with discretion, apply review criteria consistently, and maintain accuracy while working through a high volume of records within a compressed project timeline.</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Compare photo identification records maintained across different internal systems to verify consistency and identify potential discrepancies.</li>
<li>Apply established review criteria consistently across a high volume of employee records within project deadlines.</li>
<li>Document review findings, including any flagged discrepancies, clearly and accurately for HR Compliance leadership.</li>
<li>Escalate identified concerns or potential mismatches to the HR Compliance project lead for further investigation.</li>
<li>Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) with discretion and professionalism.</li>
<li>Track progress against project milestones and provide regular status updates to the project lead.</li>
<li>Follow established data handling and information security protocols throughout the review process.</li>
<li>Collaborate with HR Compliance team members to ask questions and resolve ambiguous or unclear cases.</li>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What We Need to See</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Prior experience in HR compliance, document review, identity verification, or related administrative work preferred (or equivalent experience).</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to consistently apply review criteria to visual/photo comparisons.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of records within a defined project timeline.</li>
<li>Demonstrated discretion and professionalism handling confidential and sensitive employee information.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision once trained on review procedures.</li>
<li>Strong written communication skills for documenting findings clearly and accurately.</li>
<li>Availability for the full duration of the temporary engagement (approximately 6 weeks).</li>
