About The Role

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What Impact You&#39;ll Have&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;All-Source Analyst (AA) will support the Department of Defense and IC missions in Maryland. AAs are responsible for providing all-source regional/AOR subject matter experts to provides deep, expert knowledge on the strategies, doctrine, capabilities, operations, readiness, leadership and plans of foreign military forces.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You&#39;ll be Owning&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Analyze foreign naval strategies, operational capabilities, organizational structures, leadership, and proficiency.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assess foreign navies&#39; future operational intent, strategic plans, and likely courses of action.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Produce and disseminate finished intelligence products, executive briefings, and RFI responses to meet department production schedules.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Draft, evaluate, and optimize intelligence collection requirements targeting priority foreign naval entities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Analyze foreign naval operations and produce approximately&amp;nbsp;four (4) all-source analytical products per month.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Conduct detailed technical analysis and historical reconstruction of foreign naval operations and exercises, producing approximately&amp;nbsp;one (1) reconstruction product per quarter.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Evaluate foreign naval strategy, doctrine, and campaign planning, producing approximately&amp;nbsp;four (4) all-source analytical products per month.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Analyze foreign naval command structures, leadership dynamics, personnel proficiency, and training methodologies, producing approximately&amp;nbsp;two (2) all-source analytical products per month.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You Must Have&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Active&lt;/strong&gt; TS/SCI clearance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimum 6 years’ experience in intelligence analysis.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proof of advanced training such as college degree, certifications, or advanced military training school.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Skilled at engaging with government stakeholders at all levels.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;li&gt;10+ years’ relevant experience.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Recent degree, or certification from college, or industry.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bachelor’s degree in intelligence related field.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
