Salesforce Administrator
Allegro MicroSystems Argentina S.A. (Argentina) · Buenos Aires, Argentina
About The Role
The Allegro team is united by a clear purpose—advancing technologies that make the world safer, more efficient, and more sustainable. With over 30 years of experience in semiconductor innovation, we bring that purpose to life across every part of the business—from breakthrough product development and customer success to how we show up for each other and the communities we serve.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with 2–5 years of experience to help manage and improve our Salesforce environment. You will own day-to-day administration and configuration and partner with stakeholders across the business to shape how Salesforce supports our operations. This is a hybrid role based in Argentina. You'll work within a governed release process and a ticket-driven (Jira) support model, supporting a Manufacturing Cloud–based org (Opportunities, Sales Agreements, and forecasting) in a regulated automotive-semiconductor environment.
What You Will Do
Administration
- User & security management: Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and permission set groups, applying least privilege access with a clear, auditable trail of approvals.
- Declarative configuration: Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, custom objects, and custom fields.
- Reporting: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views for business stakeholders, and support downstream reporting/BI needs, including Tableau.
- Data quality: Support data hygiene through imports, deduplication, and mass updates.
- User enablement: Provide end-user support and training and maintain documentation.
- Ticket management: Triage and work the support backlog in Jira (access requests, data corrections, configuration changes, user provisioning, and day-to-day business support), following documented SOPs and keeping an audit-ready record.
- Release & change management: Support the deployment pipeline (changes promoted through developer and QA sandboxes to production using Git and a Salesforce DevOps tool such as Gearset), participate in the formal change-control process (change requests, approvals, communication and rollback plans, and before/after QA evidence), assist with sandbox refreshes, and administer AppExchange/managed packages.
What You Will Need
- 2–5 years of Salesforce administration experience.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator credential (required).
- Familiarity with declarative tools: Flow, validation rules, reports/dashboards, and the security model.
- Familiarity with a Salesforce deployment/DevOps tool (e.g., Gearset) and basic source-control (Git) concepts.
- Comfortable working within a formal change-management and release-approval process.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine eagerness to learn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Based in Argentina and able to work a hybrid schedule from our local office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Progress toward or completion of additional certifications such as Platform App Builder.
- Exposure to Manufacturing Cloud (Sales Agreements, account-based forecasting), Sales Cloud, and/or Service Cloud.
- Basic understanding of development concepts such as Apex and SOQL (a plus, not required).
- Exposure to integration tooling such as MuleSoft.
- Exposure to Salesforce AI (Agentforce, Prompt Builder).
- Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or global B2B enterprise environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or in progress / equivalent experience.
