Personal Injury Paralegal

Diva Law, LLC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain medical records, bills, and reports.
• Obtain health insurance liens.
• Maintain case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
• Assist clients throughout the claims process.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely filing of documents.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a paralegal in personal injury law.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment while also working independently to resolve matters.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Parking, health insurance, HSA, annual bonus, continuing legal education, and other benefits offered.
