Risk CRM Analyst

<p>Investigate risk-related cases and prepare clear findings and recommendations;</p>

<p>Work with BI reports and internal data to support day-to-day risk analysis;</p>

<p>Collaborate with CRM, Affiliate, and other internal teams to address identified issues and improve processes;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support ongoing reviews of current risk procedures and suggest areas for improvement.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p>We need your professional experience:</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>1+ year of experience in iGaming, preferably in Risk, Fraud, KYC, CRM, VIP, Customer Support, or a related area;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Good knowledge of Excel and experience working with reports or operational data;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Understanding of bonuses, promotions, user behavior, or risk-related processes will be a plus;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Intermediate English or higher; Ukrainian for daily communication.</p>
</li>
</ul>
