Project Manager – Data Lifecycle & Retention Program - 6-month FTC

Do you enjoy bringing different teams together and turning business conversations into clear, actionable deliverables? Join our program to automate data lifecycle management.
The foundations are already in place: our data flows have been mapped, our systems identified, and our data retention policies clearly defined. Your mission? Turn strategy into action by driving their large-scale implementation across the organization.
Working closely with Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT teams, you will translate data governance principles into clear, actionable business rules. You will define functional specifications for our Technology teams to enable the reliable and automated execution of data retention, anonymization, and deletion processes on a recurring basis.
As the orchestrator of these initiatives, you will lead their end-to-end deployment, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring successful adoption across the business. Through your work, you will play a key role in strengthening the company’s compliance, data quality, and overall data governance framework.

3–5+ years leading cross-functional projects

Strong facilitator, able to get deliverables from people who don't report to you

Structured and rigorous: you turn verbal input into unambiguous written specs

Real interest in tech and data, without needing to be a data engineer

Fluent in French and English

Experience in compliance, audit or data governance is a plus
You'll be backed by a data project lead and by Legal / DPO. This is a coordination role, not a legal or technical one.
