Internship for GFM(FSU) 2026

The Group Financial Management (GFM) - Finance & Sustainability Unit (FSU) is seeking motivated intern to support sustainability-related financial analysis and reporting. This role offers exposure to how finance plays a critical role in driving sustainability commitments, including climate action and decarbonisation initiatives.
The intern will support the team in areas such as sustainability data analysis, climate-related disclosures, and coordination with internal stakeholders, while gaining hands-on experience in finance, sustainability reporting, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support data collection, validation, and analysis for sustainability and climate-related metrics (e.g. GHG emissions, energy usage, decarbonisation initiatives)

Assist in preparing materials for sustainability and climate-related reporting and presentations

Support integration of sustainability information into financial and management reporting

Assist in documentation and governance processes to support assurance readiness

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support ongoing sustainability initiatives

Requirements

Undergraduate student in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Investments, Sustainability, Engineering, or related fields

6 months internship programme

Strong interest in sustainability, climate action, and finance

Good analytical and Excel skills

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
