Junior IT Support

<ul>
<li>Respond to and resolve requests and incidents reported by users regarding systems and hardware on workstations;</li>
<li>Install and configure computers, peripherals and accessories for new projects/collaborators;</li>
<li>Support and update all operating systems available on the network for workstations;</li>
<li>Evaluate the capacity and performance of workstations;</li>
<li>Maintain an inventory of workstations, cell phones, peripherals and spare parts for hardware;</li>
<li>Create and maintain procedures regarding processes, systems and hardware on workstations;</li>
<li>Request the purchase of workstation, cell phone and peripheral equipment;</li>
<li>Contribute to initiatives to improve the services offered, methods and processes;</li>
<li>Contribute to a collaborative work environment, encouraging the exchange of experiences that help in the personal and professional growth of everyone;</li>
<li>Keep up to date in your area of expertise.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of Windows operating systems;</li>
<li>Knowledge of hardware (laptop, desktop, printers and peripherals);</li>
<li>Knowledge of TCP/IP Network;</li>
<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of Linux and macOS operating systems;</li>
<li>Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) on prem and Azure;</li>
<li>Microsoft administration and security tools;</li>
<li>Advanced English.</li>
