<p>The primary focus of this role is to support the Digital Marketing Performance team in creating AI-generated video content for social media, sourcing new creators, and keeping ads fresh and on-trend.</p>
<p>This is a part-time, remote position — ideal for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and content creation. No need to come into the office. Experience is a plus, but genuine interest and willingness to learn matter most.</p>
<p><strong>Challenges that await you:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Generate AI videos following provided instructions and creative guidelines.</li>
<li>Source new creators based on given criteria.</li>
<li>Review videos against a quality checklist before publishing.</li>
<li>Track social media trends and suggest new ad ideas for the product.</li>
<li>Communicate consistently with internal and external teams to keep content on schedule.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What makes you a great fit:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Native Spanish speaker and intermediate English.</li>
<li>Confident social media user: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of social media trends, globally and by platform.</li>
<li>Comfortable being creative with AI video tools for social media content.</li>
<li>Video editing skills (no professional software required) — a strong plus.</li>
<li>Comfortable with computers and basic tools (Google Drive, Gmail); able to use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, etc.</li>
<li>Currently studing Marketing or a related field.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.</li>
