<p><strong>What This Role Is About:</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a <strong>Account Receivable (AR)  Admin Specialist </strong>for a Property management company client of ours.<strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong><span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="0">Your Main Responsibilities:</span></strong></p>
<p><strong>Primary Job Duties:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support inbound and outbound calls with current residents with ledger related inquiries</li>
<li>Provides centralized system support for A/R (accounts receivable) processes for company's residential communities</li>
<li>Uses computerized system for monitoring, processing and/or auditing stages of the resident lease cycle</li>
<li>Communicates with site Team Members, residents and prospects to ensure delinquency related processes are completed accurately and timely</li>
<li>Ensures accurate record keeping and investigates/resolves inaccuracies per Operations Manual requirements.</li>
<li>Responsible for completing tasks generated via work requests that come through a centralized mailbox and reporting.</li>
<li>Assists with processing files and communicating with local counsel through eviction process due to delinquency and non-payment.</li>

<li>1-2 years of related experience including retail, customer service or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>Excellent computer skills and proven ability to handle a variety of tasks.</li>
<li>Superb customer service skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs i.e. Outlook, Excel, and Word</li>

<li>Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions</li>
<li>Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)</li>
