Introduction
As an Engineer I, Systems Reliability Engineering, you will help ensure the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of o9 Supply Planning capabilities across planning processes, data, integrations, and AI-enabled support automation. You will partner with business planners, IT teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to investigate issues, support planning execution, document solutions, and improve operational effectiveness. This role reports to the FGI and Supply Planning Support Lead.
About the Job

  • Support daily o9 Supply Planning operations, including planning runs, workflow monitoring, solver outputs, exceptions, and user-reported issues.
  • Investigate incidents, service requests, data issues, and recurring support questions while providing clear impact assessments and escalation recommendations.
  • Validate master data, transactional data, and integrations between o9 and connected enterprise systems, including SAP and related platforms.
  • Prepare issue summaries, test evidence, root cause documentation, user guidance, knowledge articles, and support documentation.
  • Contribute to AI-enabled support improvements such as knowledge search, ticket summarization, troubleshooting guidance, workflow automation, and self-service capabilities.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in IT, application support, business analysis, solution delivery, or functional consulting for supply chain or enterprise applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of supply planning processes including supply-demand matching, inventory management signals, capacity constraints, planning runs, and exception management.
  • Hands-on experience supporting o9 Supply Planning, including workflows, planning views, scenarios, master data, integrations, and production issue diagnostics.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or comparable data analysis tools, with exposure to AI-enabled support capabilities, automation, and operational monitoring.
