Senior Programmatic Strategist

<h2>About the Role</h2>
<p>WITHIN is looking for a hands-on Senior Programmatic Strategist to support a specific client’s programmatic and digital commerce work. Reporting to the Programmatic Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day execution in The Trade Desk and other demand-side platforms (DSPs), monitor performance, and turn campaign data into clear actions. We want someone who can contribute immediately with existing platform experience.</p>
<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Build, launch, manage, and optimize the client’s programmatic campaigns in The Trade Desk and other DSPs.</li>
<li>Translate campaign goals into audience, inventory, budget, bidding, and measurement decisions in partnership with the Programmatic Manager.</li>
<li>Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance; investigate issues and make timely optimizations.</li>
<li>Own assigned work for the client and coordinate related execution with the team.</li>
<li>Apply quality checks to campaign setup, tracking, and reporting before and after launch.</li>
<li>Analyze results, develop tests, and communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and the client team.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Programmatic Manager and cross-functional partners to keep client work on schedule and aligned with objectives.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>3 years of direct, hands-on experience running programmatic campaigns in The Trade Desk and at least one other DSP.</li>
<li>Ability to independently set up, troubleshoot, optimize, and report on live campaigns with limited platform training.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of programmatic buying, campaign pacing, audience targeting, bidding, and performance measurement.</li>
<li>Experience managing details and priorities for a client account in a fast-moving team environment.</li>
<li>Clear communication skills and sound judgment when explaining performance and recommended next steps.</li>
<li>Availability to work in person at a WITHIN LATAM office.</li>
