Who we're looking for
Are you a savvy system administrator who enjoys making workplace technology run smoothly? We’re looking for a Sys Admin to join our Business Systems team and support the collaboration and productivity platforms used by our global teams. In this hands-on role, you’ll help administer and optimise tools including DocuSign, Jira, Confluence and Mural, managing access, configuration, workflows, automation and integrations that enable people across the organisation to work more efficiently.
What you'll be doing

  • Own the day-to-day administration of DocuSign, Jira, Confluence and Mural for our global teams, making sure they run smoothly and help people get their work done.
  • Grow your portfolio over time, bringing new collaboration and productivity platforms under your care and applying the same high standards for access, configuration and governance.
  • Manage the full user lifecycle, from onboarding and offboarding to permissions, groups and licences, so everyone has the right access at the right time.
  • Support and improve integrations with our wider systems, including DocuSign with Salesforce, and Jira and Confluence with Microsoft 365 and Zendesk.
  • Evaluate, test and roll out Atlassian Marketplace apps and other add-ons, working with stakeholders on upgrades and licensing.
  • Be the go-to person for platform support, troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly and working with vendors when needed.
  • Keep our platforms secure and cost-effective through regular access reviews, licence audits and permission clean-ups.
  • Partner with teams across the business to understand their needs, spot inefficiencies and deliver improvements that make a real difference.
  • Work with the Business Systems Manager and our vendors on renewals, support cases and platform changes.
  • Provide backup support across other Business Systems platforms, broadening your experience and helping the team during busy periods and absences.

What we're looking for

  • A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a system or platform administration role, or something similar.
  • Hands-on experience administering Jira and Confluence Cloud.
  • Experience administering DocuSign and Mural, or similar e-signature and visual collaboration tools.
  • A solid grasp of permission models, user access management and security best practice.
  • Confidence configuring workflows, automation rules and templates.
  • A good understanding of how systems connect, including integrations, APIs, SSO and data flows.
  • A curious, analytical mindset and a knack for getting to the bottom of problems.
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Clear, friendly communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities and support requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
