&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Test Program Leadership&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Own and expand test programs across SW and HW in the APAC region — protocol development, execution standards, and continuous improvement across product categories.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Establish KPIs and reporting to monitor test coverage, defect detection, and execution quality across APAC sites.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cross-Functional Collaboration&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Partner with R&amp;amp;D, Program Management, Regulatory, and Customer Experience teams to embed quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Influence senior stakeholders to align on quality priorities, trade-offs, and risk mitigation strategies.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Act as a key quality voice in product development, change management, and escalation forums.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Test Protocol Development &amp;amp; Execution&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Define and maintain HW and SW test protocols from component validation through system integration across APAC product development and manufacturing sites.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Drive root cause analysis for failures and systemic improvements to prevent recurrence.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SW &amp;amp; HW Integration Testing&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lead test operations at the intersection of firmware, embedded software, and hardware across APAC engineering teams.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Define test requirements, improvement areas, and strategy to improve throughput and repeatability regionally.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;People &amp;amp; Capability Development&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Build and develop a regional test engineering team across APAC.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Establish standardized methodologies and best practices that connect APAC test operations to global standards.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Required&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Bachelor&#39;s in Engineering or Computer Science; 7+ years in test engineering or product validation within consumer electronics or hardware.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven experience leading cross-functional HW and SW test programs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Preferred&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Master&#39;s in a relevant engineering discipline.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with embedded systems, firmware validation, or connected products.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with TestRail, Jira, HIL/SIL frameworks and DQTP&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prior experience operating in a regional or multi-site engineering environment.&lt;/li&gt;
