About The Role

Maintenance Technician –

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC production equipment
  • Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical failures
  • Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Troubleshoot motors, relays, contactors, sensors, VFDs, and PLCs
  • Troubleshoot CNC equipment, conveyors, automated systems, and related production equipment
  • Perform equipment inspections and identify potential failures before breakdowns occur
  • Use electrical meters and other diagnostic equipment
  • Work safely around industrial machinery and follow lockout/tagout procedures
  • Assist with equipment installations, repairs, and continuous improvement projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting experience
  • Strong hydraulic troubleshooting experience
  • Experience maintaining CNC equipment preferred
  • Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics
  • PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Mechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with conveyors and automated manufacturing equipment is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a production environment

Skills Assessment
Candidates may be required to complete both a written technical assessment and hands-on skills evaluation. The assessment will focus on the practical skills required for the position, including:

  • Electrical troubleshooting and use of a multimeter
  • Hydraulic systems and troubleshooting
  • Pneumatic systems
  • Mechanical troubleshooting
  • CNC equipment troubleshooting
  • Reading electrical and hydraulic schematics
  • Sensors, motors, relays, contactors, VFDs, and basic PLC troubleshooting
  • Safety and lockout/tagout procedures
  • Identifying the root cause of equipment failures

The hands-on portion will allow candidates to demonstrate their ability to diagnose problems, use appropriate tools, follow safe troubleshooting procedures, and determine the correct repair.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for technicians who can think critically, troubleshoot independently, and respond effectively to production downtime situations. Candidates should be able to demonstrate both written technical knowledge and practical hands-on maintenance experience, particularly in electrical and hydraulic systems.
Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Overtime as needed
