Cognite Academy plays a strategic role in this transformation by building the skills, knowledge, and capabilities<br>required for customers, partners, and internal teams to successfully adopt and scale Cognite’s technology. We are<br>building a world-class learning ecosystem that combines modern instructional design, AI-enabled learning<br>experiences, hands-on technical enablement, and role-based learning journeys to accelerate customer value<br>realization and product adoption.</div>

<p>Design and develop scalable, high-quality learning content and experiences for Cognite Academy.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning materials, labs, assessments, and hands-on experiences.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Build and maintain content standards, templates, reusable frameworks, and quality guidelines.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Leverage AI tools and automation to improve content development, localization, assessment creation, and quality assurance.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Own and optimize the Skilljar learning platform, including course publishing, learning paths, configurations, reporting, and automation.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Partner with technical SMEs, Product, Engineering, and Academy teams to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with learner needs.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Analyze learner and platform data to improve content effectiveness, engagement, completion, and certification outcomes.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Drive continuous improvement of content, learning experiences, and Academy platform capabilities.</p>
</li>

</div>
<div>
<p>8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, technical training, customer<br>education, or enterprise learning.</p>
<p>Proven experience designing complex technical learning programs for enterprise software, SaaS, AI, cloud<br>platforms, industrial software, developer technologies, or data platforms.</p>
<p>Experience leading instructional design or content-development teams in a high-growth or fast-paced<br>environment.</p>
<p>Deep expertise in adult learning theory, learning science, instructional design methodologies, and performance-<br>based learning.</p>
<p>Advanced experience designing instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, self-paced, blended, and digital learning<br>experiences.</p>
<p>Strong experience with modern eLearning and AI-enabled content development tools such as Articulate Rise,<br>Synthesia, Storyline, or equivalent platforms.</p>
<p>Hands-on experience with Skilljar or another enterprise customer education / learning platform, including<br>learning paths, publishing, reporting, governance, or automation.</p>
<p>Experience designing technical assessments, certifications, or performance-based</p>
