Campaign Account Support Specialist – Level 3
This is a Hybrid position, requiring Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the East Hanover, NJ location. Days subject to change. A third in office day may be required as needed.
OVERVIEW OF ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Campaign Account Specialist Level 3 is responsible for fostering positive relationships with internal Client teams, agencies of record and external 3rd party vendors while managing fulfillment for Direct to Sales Rep (DTR) and Direct to Physician (DTP) Programs across multiple brands. This role may also include supporting Direct Mail campaigns. The candidate will oversee key processes such as print intake, demand planning management and quantity forecasting, while managing additional healthcare professional services initiatives. Success in this dynamic role requires confidence presenting to Client’s Brand Managers, excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee print and field asset management on multiple ordering platforms for consumer programs across brands, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Lead print distribution, quantity planning, manage timelines, logistics, and product launches for print assets.
  • Facilitate and manage team meetings, develop operational reports, and track program performance against KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing, IT, and distribution teams on product launches, CRM setup, and inventory management.
  • Ensure re-reviews of assets adhere to Compliance and Regulatory standards and approval.
  • Manage warehouse systems and special shipments to Sales Representatives and Field Personnel.
  • Analyze operations/metrics to identify trends and implement process improvements.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills to support concurrent programs.

Metrics Reporting

  • Ability to create, maintain, and enhance reports using Microsoft Excel to drive operational insights and performance tracking.
  • Conduct monthly inventory review meetings with Marketing Teams, Leaders, and internal stakeholders to review utilization and inventory metrics.
  • Forecasting and quantity planning for item initial ordering and replenishment based on previous utilization.
  • Recommend literature replenishment quantities based on forecasting reports of current item utilization.

Education & Experience

  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • Work experience - 5+ years of increasing responsibility in project management, print and logistics fulfillment or program implementation.
  • Experience in Fulfillment Operations a plus (Direct Mail, Direct to Rep or Direct to Physician)

Other Requirements

  • Minimum at-home requirement of High-Speed Cable Internet or Fiber Optic Cable to ensure ability to work remotely from home as required by business need.
  • Ability to travel up to 3x/year. Attendance and participation at the annual National Sales Meeting and/or offsite launch meetings as required.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong Presentation Skills - comfortable and confident presenting to Brand Managers and Leaders.
  • Project Management - Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Effective at collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience in fulfillment operations a plus.
  • Proven proficiency in a teamwork setting.
  • Expert ability in managing the details to ensure quality and compliance adherence.
