The Delivery and Information team ensures the sustained health and maintenance of UniSuper’s core systems and platforms - to provide high availability, stability and performance. We remain committed to partner with business units to provide business driven scale and simplification, guidance and delivery of the Enterprise Portfolio and technologies required to enable business capabilities and support the execution of UniSuper’s Strategy.
The role
As an Agile Delivery Coach, you will partner across the organisation to bring our operating model and ways of working to life. You will work with teams, leaders, and stakeholders to translate principles, roles, governance, and frameworks into practical day-to-day behaviours that improve flow, outcomes, and delivery effectiveness.
You will combine coaching, facilitation, training, and operating model thinking to help teams adopt, refine, and continuously improve the way they work. You'll play a key role in shaping sustainable change by balancing proven industry practices with UniSuper's unique context and needs.

  • Deliver contextual coaching across teams, value streams, leadership groups, and portfolios.
  • Partner with leaders and teams to build capability and continuously improve ways of working.
  • Facilitate workshops, problem solving session, team and Team of teams (ToT) cadences that drive alignment and action.
  • Design and deliver engaging training, learning experiences, simulations, and capability uplift programs.
  • Support the adoption of new roles, ways of working practices, team structures, and operating model components.
  • Help teams and leaders apply Agile, Lean, and flow-based practices pragmatically to achieve better outcomes.
  • Analyse adoption barriers and organisational constraints, recommending targeted interventions and improvements.
  • Use diagnostics, observation, hands-on coaching, and feedback to identify coaching priorities and measure impact.
  • Contribute to the design, evolution, and continuous improvement of fit-for-purpose operating model practices, guardrails, and ways of working.
  • Build internal capability and foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and improvement.

About you
You are an experienced agile or delivery coach who enjoys solving complex adoption challenges and helping people apply new ways of working. You bring deep expertise, practical judgement and the credibility to influence stakeholders at every organisational level.

  • Significant agile coaching, delivery coaching or organisational change experience
  • Deep expertise across multiple agile and lean frameworks
  • Experience supporting large-scale operating model transformations
  • Proven delivery of training for diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong facilitation and written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience applying readiness assessments, maturity models and adoption metrics
