<p class="p2">As Key Holder, you’re a trusted leader who helps drive sales, inspire the team, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You partner closely with store management to ensure flawless execution of day-to-day operations, uphold brand standards, and foster a safe, positive, and inclusive workplace. You lead with confidence, demonstrate La Senza’s selling behaviors, and bring the brand to life for every customer.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li class="p2">Lead by example to deliver exceptional, positive customer experiences and model company selling behaviors.</li>
<li class="p2">Drive personal sales performance and support overall store results through strong product knowledge and customer engagement.</li>
<li class="p2">Partner with management to coach associates, promote teamwork, and reinforce La Senza’s selling model across all zones.</li>
<li class="p2">Assist in recruiting, training, and developing associates to maintain a strong, confident team.</li>
<li class="p2">Promote a positive work environment; help resolve associate relations issues by using La Senza’s coaching approach.</li>
<li class="p2">Support execution of company initiatives and communicate action plans that drive sales and operational excellence.</li>
<li class="p2">Manage and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally to protect the brand experience.</li>
<li class="p2">Support inventory accuracy and loss-prevention efforts by following all standard operating procedures, including damages, transfers, and compliance-related <span class="s1">items.</span></li>
<li class="p2">Execute visual merchandising updates and ensure the sales floor is full, abundant, and aligned with brand presentation standards.</li>
<li class="p2">Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting.</li>
<li class="p2">Support a safe working environment by following all Health & Safety policies.</li>
<li class="p2">Lead with professionalism, brand pride, and behaviors that reflect the Company’s values.</li>

<li class="p2">Previous retail or supervisory experience with a strong focus on customer service and sales.</li>
<li class="p2">Proven ability to lead by example and foster a culture of confidence, inclusion, and teamwork.</li>
<li class="p2">Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.</li>
<li class="p2">Business acumen with the ability to interpret results and adjust quickly.</li>
<li class="p2">Organizational and time-management skills to manage competing priorities.</li>
<li class="p2">Flexibility to work a retail schedule (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).</li>
