  • Develop data models and curated datasets that serve as a trusted single source of truth for supply chain and operational reporting.
  • Build and deploy company-wide applications, dashboards, and tools (e.g., using Streamlit in Snowflake or similar) that support planning, inventory visibility, supplier performance, and executive reporting.
  • Gather requirements from users across plants and corporate functions, prioritize the development backlog, and deliver solutions iteratively.
  • Establish standards for data governance, quality, security, and access in partnership with IT.
  • Promote data literacy and adoption of self-service analytics across the organization.

Corporate-Level Technology Adoption & Change Management

  • Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and readiness assessments for each site and user group.
  • Design and deliver training programs, user guides, and ongoing support resources; build and lead a network of site champions and super-users.
  • Define and track adoption metrics (e.g., active users, process compliance, report and app usage) and act on gaps to drive consistent, standardized use across the organization.
  • Partner with senior leadership, IT, Finance, and site leaders to maintain a technology roadmap and prioritize enhancements based on business value.
  • Standardize supply chain processes, data definitions, and best practices across sites so that tools and reporting work the same way company-wide.
