<p>We are hiring a Special Projects Team (SPT) Account Manager.</p>
<p>Nova 401(k) Associates is a vibrant and growing national third party, non-producing administration firm. We have a nationally recognized sales team allowing us to grow continuously and provide career advancement opportunities for our professionals.</p>
<p>The SPT Account Manager will work with clients to complete outstanding prior year administration requirements. This would include compliance testing, Form 5500 filings, and annual valuations.</p>
<p><br><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong><br>•    Maintain a caseload of clients which will be a mix of current clients and new clients with missed prior year annual administration work<br>•    Consult and guide clients through completion of all prior year work, including: <br>•    Monitoring project progress and ensuring all work is completed timely <br>•    Assisting and participating in client calls regarding outstanding requirements, timelines, and deliverables <br>•    Coordinating with internal teams to efficiently execute corrective actions and bring plans into compliance <br>•    Cultivating existing client relationships <br>•    Communicating with principals, clients, financial advisors, attorneys, CPAs, and other professionals on plans involved with special project work </p>
<p><strong>Qualifications: </strong><br>•    8-10 years of 401(k) plan administration and consulting experience <br>•    Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing <br>•    Superior knowledge of 401(a)4 and controlled group testing; mergers and acquisitions experience <br>•    NIPA or ASPPA credential, ERPA a plus <br>•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills <br>•    Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task <br>•    Ability to proactively and independently manage a book of business <br>•    High level of critical thinking <br>•    Committed to lifelong learning and coachable </p>
<p><strong> </strong><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Base Salary $90,000 - $125,000</li>
<li>Salaried, non-exempt</li>

</ul>
<p><strong>Work Location/Hours:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work from home</li>
<li>Must work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employer</li>
<li>We will supply all necessary computer equipment</li>
<li>37.5-hour work week</li>
<li>You may choose a start time between 7:30 am and 8:30 am</li>
