<p><strong>About the role and what you'll be doing:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Collaborate with their counterparts in the Sales and Consulting organizations to create Pursuit, Solution, and Sales strategies for large existing global clients</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":80,"335559739":80,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="ENS Body">Over 12 years' experience as a Modernization or Migration Architect, leading legacy system upgrades to new platforms with minimal business disruption.</span></span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Hands-on experience with Mainframe Application migration and legacy modernization projects.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":80,"335559739":80,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">15+ years of experience with strong expertise across the mainframe technology stack, including COBOL, Natural, Adabas, Easytrieve, Db2, IMS, JCL, CICS, VSAM, RACF, z/OS, PL/I, and Assembler.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":80,"335559739":80,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>

<li><span data-contrast="none">Proven experience in managing projects through the entire project lifecycle. <li><span data-contrast="none">Demonstrated expertise in data migration, with a strong emphasis on understanding and working with legacy data structures to effectively convert and modernize them into modern database platforms.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":80,"335559739":80,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Skilled in evaluating mainframe legacy applications and developing comprehensive modernization plans.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":80,"335559739":80,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Demonstrated development experience with modern Java and C# frameworks, including designing and implementing scalable enterprise applications.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":80,"335559739":80,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Additionally, has extensive experience working with Python, applying the language for scripting, automation, data analysis, and developing scalable backend systems that facilitate enterprise modernization efforts.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":80,"335559739":80,"335559740":276}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="none">Well versed in the hosting technology landscape including compute, storage, backup, network, security, DR, DevOps and IT governance.</span></li>

<p>As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $156,000 to $210,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.</p>
