Your Next Career Opportunity – Asset Development Analyst
The primary function of this position is to identify new asset development opportunities that will lead to revenue producing assets and/or transactions and assisting the asset development team throughout the acquisition, sale, and/or development process. This position will also be responsible for strategic site research, competitive analysis, site marketing, landlord interaction, legal coordination, and other projects as required.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

  • Research different geographic areas to identify population trends to determine where new asset development opportunities may be needed.
  • Coordinate with team members on new asset development opportunities to ensure the quality and completeness of site specific data required to make budgeting decisions
  • Interface with landlords and developers to procure necessary due diligence and provide routine updates on assigned project(s) status.
  • Work cross functionally with other team members and groups within the organization in order to determine RF coverage gaps, zoning research and other pertinent data.
  • Research property ownership and create reports for team members.
  • Create site-marketing materials for all business development initiatives.
  • Provide daily support on assigned tasks within a new asset development scope of work.
  • Maintain tracker that reports and summarize the status of various new asset development opportunities and goals.
  • Follow up and track status on assigned new asset development opportunities.
  • Notify team members of mission-critical deliverables as received and provide effective communications on receipt of daily deliverables within assigned tasks.
  • Organize files, drawings, specifications, reports and correspondence received from landlords and tower developers.
  • Source opportunities through various government, communications and real estate online databases.
  • Work collaboratively with legal and other internal resources to facilitate necessary agreements.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications preferred;
  • and 2+ years wireless development, real estate, site acquisition and/or asset development.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
