What you will be doing:

  • Lead regional SG&A budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, explain key variances, and provide executive-level insights on trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Partner with regional, country, and functional leaders to evaluate business cases, investments, pricing, cost initiatives, and strategic decisions.
  • Drive profitability, cost control, cash flow, working capital, and productivity initiatives while monitoring delivery of approved benefits.
  • Support M&A, capital investments, market entry, restructuring, and cost-optimization activities across Asia.
  • Improve FP&A processes, data quality, reporting tools, automation, and analytics, including SAP S/4HANA, Workday, Power BI, and responsible use of artificial intelligence.
  • Ensure reporting complies with accounting policies, internal controls, tax requirements, and audit expectations; promptly escalate material risks or issues.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed finance team, building capability, accountability, collaboration, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

What you will bring along:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a recognized professional qualification such as CPA or local equivalent.
  • Typically 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience, including regional financial leadership and people management; international audit experience preferred.
  • Strong expertise in financial statements, planning, forecasting, performance management, cash flow, management reporting, and financial controls.
  • Proven success leading geographically dispersed teams and working effectively in multinational or matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, business partnering, and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
  • Experience leading finance transformation, process standardization, automation, and analytical capability-building initiatives.
  • High professional integrity, independence, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
