QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Requirements
- Graduate student in a social science
- Demonstrated understanding of feminist and decolonial theory in the social sciences
- Demonstrated understanding of at least one of the following substantive fields: International Relations, security studies, peace & conflict studies
Experiential Qualifications

Reports to: Dr.Veronica Kitchen, SSPHR
Course Specific Requirements
The RA will be responsible for the following:
· Establishing a ‘syllabus archive’ of security and conflict studies taught in major universities of India and Canada
· Analyzing and coding the contents of the syllabi in accordance with the established coding rubric
· Conducting a preliminary review of the state of the field, including theories of decolonization and indigenization of IR, conflict, and security studies
Compensation:
- $49.14 / hour, plus 4% vacation pay (GRA – Masters)
