Brand Marketing Manager-Orijen

Job Summary
Brand manager plays leading role in key business processes, proactively participates in business conversations with Management team members.
What are we looking for?

• University Degree, preferably in Business/Marketing/Brand Management
• Solid experience in brand marketing in international FMCG companies (minimum 4 years)
• Experience in Brand Manager role not less than 2 years
• Excellent project management skills
• Good analytical, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage several different and complex projects at the same time
• professional flurency in English

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Identify growth sources and create the brand strategy for next 5 years
• Lead annual marketing plan
• Build brand innovation pipeline (product & packaging innovations)
• Develop activation strategies, communication and promotion plan, pricing strategy, new product launches and distribution priorities
• Prepare sales forecasts and marketing budgets, monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts, and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of products
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic and international market trends, client behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products
