This onsite role requires a highly skilled database professional capable of independently managing complex data environments or collaborating within technical teams to design, implement, secure, and maintain enterprise-level databases.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oversee the full lifecycle of database environments, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and sustainment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Implement industry-standard security protocols to protect classified and unclassified data&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Evaluate database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate database development and change management activities with cross-functional teams&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure database documentation, configuration records, and technical artifacts remain updated and compliant&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support government customer requirements with professionalism, attention to detail, and mission-focused execution&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Required Experience:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;10 years of professional experience with a Master’s degree&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;14 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience must include professional responsibility in:&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Administering, testing, and implementing computer databases&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinating database changes across stakeholder groups&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Implementing database security measures and safeguarding sensitive data&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintaining and optimizing databases within an application ecosystem&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Operating independently or coordinating database development in team-based environments&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Education &amp;amp; Certifications:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
